Sponsors

- Corporate logos must be received by Friday, March 27^th for inclusion on brochures & other
advertisements

- Corporate logos must be received by Friday, May 1^st for placement on the back of t-shirts

- Organizational materials must be received by Friday, May 1^st for inclusion in participant packets

*Note: the sooner we receive your logo artwork, the more exposure you will get through our
various event promotions

Teams

- Groups must be registered by Friday, May 1^st for inclusion of team name on their t-shirts

- Groups and Individuals must register by Saturday, May 23^rd to avoid incurring a $5 late fee
